Resolve Ventures acquiring 537 Quebec claims

Wednesday February 4 2004 Property Agreement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to a letter agreement dated Jan. 9, 2004, between Resolve Ventures and Peter Bambic, pursuant to which the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 537 claims comprising 54,952 acres located in the Ungava belt in Northern Quebec. In consideration the company will pay $50,000 and issue 100,000 shares on exchange approval.
